The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrest does not imply guilt.

Arrest

• Alisha D. Snider, 39, 1600 Independence St., was arrested at North Pacific and Themis streets on suspicion of false declaration.

Assaults

• Assault was reported.
• Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

• Tools were reported stolen from Boulder Construction at Christine and Good Hope streets.
• A wall heater was reported stolen at Lowes, 3440 Lowes Drive.
• Theft of a debit card and money and fraudulent use of a credit or debit device were reported.
• Trespassing and theft of tools, tires and rims were reported at 1739 Dunklin St.

Miscellaneous

• Fraudulent use of a credit or debit device was reported.
• Possession of a forging instrument was reported.
