The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Lashay E. Pinkerton, 47, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
• Eddie D. Walrath, 57, of Bland, Missouri, was arrested on Gasconade County, Missouri, and Crawford County, Missouri, warrants.

Summonses

• Steven C. Young, 25, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for seat-belt violation.
• Heather R. Baker, 25, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Richard L. Stagley, 50, of Bloomfield, Missouri, was issued summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle and displaying the plates of another.
• Carla M. Quigley, 28, of Jackson was issued a summons for seat-belt violation.
• Brooke N. Hendrix, 20, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Trace A. White, 28, of Jackson was issued summonses for speeding and seat-belt violation.
• Kimberly D. Hottes, 40, of Oak Ridge was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Theft

• Theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

• An assist was requested in the 1200 block of East Main Street.
• An assist was requested in the area of East Main Street and Old Orchard Road.
