The Cape Girardeau County FCE Council recently installed officers for 2017 at the December FCE County Council meeting. They were installed by Mary Gosche (back row), FCE consultant, with a theme of prescription for success. From left are Darlene McCain, vice president; Jean Rehak, treasurer; Agnes Wachter, recording secretary; Mary Klaproth, president-elect; Sarah Ross, corresponding secretary; and Barbara Barks, president. They will assume their duties Jan. 1.
