The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Brandi D. Huffman, 39, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated at Christine and William streets.

Arrests

  • Tyler J. Flotow, 22, 45 Rivercrest Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a peace disturbance.
  • Peyton J. Walker, 22, 923 N. Fountain St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for improper registration and speeding.
  • Ibtihal O. Alrashaad, 24, 21 Village Drive, Apt. A, was arrested at 401 Independence St. on a Cape Girardeau warrant for improper registration.
  • Anthony R. Bell, 33, 534 N. Fountain St., Apt. 4, was arrested at North Fountain and Mill streets on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
  • Lorenzo Tate Jr., 28, 408 Albert St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for dangerous drugs and a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for non-support.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of hindering prosecution of a felony.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of receiving stolen property at 32 N. Ellis St.
  • John A. Lawrence, 45, 2550 Masters Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
  • Alan R. Mansker, 53, 242 County Road 654, was arrested at Hanover and Harmony streets on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

  • Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

  • An air-conditioning unit was reported stolen at 317 S. Hanover St.
  • A license plate was reported stolen at 930 S. Benton St.
  • A laptop, textbook and bookbag were reported stolen at 1228 W. Cape Rock Drive.
  • A license plate was reported stolen.

Miscellaneous

  • Armed criminal action, unlawful use of a weapon and damage to a window, wall and cabinet were reported at 3105 Mimosa St.
  • Fraudulent use of a credit or debit device was reported.
  • Financial exploitation of an elderly or disabled person was reported.
  • Counterfeiting was reported.
  • Forgery was reported.
  • A 26-year-old woman was taken into protective custody on Perryville Road.
  • Violation of education requirement charges were pending against a suspect at 1550 Themis St.
