Andrew Michael "Drew" Neumann, 29, of Scott City died Friday, Dec. 16, 2016, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at Amick-Burnett Chapel in Scott City. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the chapel, with the Rev. Joe McCullough.
