The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Juvenile suspects were in custody pending formal charges of making a terrorist threat.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing money at 205 S. Plaza Way.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of violating an order of protection.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing knives at Menards, 535 Siemers Drive.
  • Kayla N. Parker, 30, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Kelso, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.

Summonses

  • Magdalen N. Pike, 21, and Kindra R. Lierz, 21, both of Cape Girardeau were issued summonses for nuisance party.
  • Tristen J. Gagan, 20, and Blaze J. Hastings, 21, both of Cape Girardeau were issued summonses for indecent exposure.
  • Kayla N. Parker, 30, of Sikeston, Missouri, was issued a summons for stealing clothing at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
  • Alex R. Dimercurio, 20, and Bradley J. Wood, 20, both of Cape Girardeau were issued summonses for liquor laws misrepresentation of age and possession of intoxicants.

  • Theft of a bottle of windshield cleaner and counterfeiting were reported at Fisher Auto Parts, 2350 Rust Ave.
  • A license plate was reported stolen at 2825 Whitener St.

  • Tampering with a utility meter was reported at 1816 N. Main St.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Jared S. Cook, 22, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner.

Arrests

  • Devin M. Biri, 28, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of abuse of a child.
  • Michelle K. Dudley, 38, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of resisting/interfering with arrest and third-degree assault.
  • Anna M. Bucholtz, 25, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
  • Sean L. Erhart, 40, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of first-degree endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree domestic assault.
  • Fred E. Robinson Jr., 48, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
