He was born Aug. 27, 1948, in Cape Girardeau to S.F. and Grace Miller Menz.
He is survived by a brother, Charles (Mary) Menz; a niece, Leslie (Lance) Gallegher; and a nephew, Jerry (Tonya) Menz.
