Bobby D. Brandon, 76, of Cape Girardeau passed away Monday, Jan. 2, 2017, at his home.

He was born July 4, 1940, in Bragg City, Missouri, to Bob and Katherine Tate Brandon. He and Allie Rebecca "Becky" Friedrich were married April 15, 1992, in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.

Bob served honorably in the U.S. Army. He worked many years at Procter & Gamble, and was then self-employed as a utilities contractor.

Loving survivors include his wife of 24 years, Becky of Cape Girardeau; three children, Philip Brandon of Marble Hill, Missouri, Steve (Amy) Brandon of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Anita (Donald) Moore of Cape Girardeau; a stepdaughter, Audrey Jerrolds of Cape Girardeau; six grandchildren, Abby, Megan, Cole, Samantha, Jessica and Maggie; three brothers; and three sisters.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to service time Saturday at McCombs Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.

The memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with full military honors.
