Wendi “Bird” Ann Barnhart, 54, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, Jan. 13, 2017, at her home.

She was born July 29, 1962, in Cape Girardeau to Samuel and Yvonne Ventres Barnhart.

Wendi’s passion was art. Through her “garbage art” and “twisted world of poetry,” she brought laughter and inspiration to everyone who came in contact with her. Besides art, her daily goal was to bring a smile to those she was with. She loved laughter, and her ability to make those around her smile and laugh will never be forgotten.
