Ruby N. Decker, 97, of Jackson died Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2017, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. A committal service will be at approximately 1:15 p.m. Saturday at Saint John's Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery in Chester, Illinois...Ruby N.
