The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items.

Summons

• Warrick Moberly, no age given, of Richmond, Kentucky, was issued a summons for minor in possession of alcohol.

Thefts

• A purse and contents were reported stolen at 250 S. Silver Springs Road.
• A motor vehicle was reported stolen at 801 N. Sprigg St.
• Money was reported stolen at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Miscellaneous

• A 37-year-old man was taken into protective custody at 3120 Independence St.
• A peace disturbance was reported at 115 Themis St.
• Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
• Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
