Baldwin working on Trump satire book

NEW YORK -- Alec Baldwin has found a new way to mock Donald Trump. Baldwin is teaming with author Kurt Andersen on the satirical book "You Can't Spell America Without Me: The Really Tremendous Inside Story of My Fantastic First Year as President Donald J. Trump," Penguin Press announced Wednesday. The book is scheduled to come out Nov. 7, almost exactly a year to the day after Trump stunned the world by being elected president and ensured more appearances by Baldwin as Trump on "Saturday Night Live." Baldwin is having a busy year as a writer. His memoir, "Nevertheless," comes out in April.

Dangerfield widow dislikes his mural

NEW YORK -- Rodney Dangerfield made a career out of getting "no respect." His widow said he's not getting much in death, either. NY1 television said Joan Dangerfield doesn't think a mural in the comedian's old New York City neighborhood does him justice. Artist Francesca Robicci painted the mural last year in Queens, working from a photo the widow provided. Dangerfield also donated $1,000 toward the project, which was commissioned by a community group. A letter from her lawyer calls the image "less than flattering" and states Rodney Dangerfield "deserves nothing but the highest respect." The artist said she worked for free and is heartbroken but is willing to return from Italy to do cosmetic work. Joan Dangerfield's lawyer said the two sides will discuss it. Rodney Dangerfield died in 2004 at 82.
