The Cape Girardeau Fire Department responded to the following calls Monday.

• Medical assists were made at 7:47 a.m. on North Fountain Street; 8:40 a.m. on William Street; 8:53 a.m. on North Frederick Street; 10:03 a.m. on Siemers Drive; 1:48 p.m. on Brenda Kay Court; 2:08 p.m. on Elks Lane; 3:26 p.m. on Marie Street; 3:58 p.m. on North Middle Street; 4:27 p.m. on McDonald Street; and 8:53 p.m. on North Fountain Street.
• At 1:04 a.m., a call on North Silver Springs Road.
• At 2:02 a.m., a call on South West End Boulevard.
• At 10:21 a.m., an alarm system sounding on Siemers Drive.
• At 1:28 p.m., a call on Southern Expressway.
• At 2:54 p.m., unauthorized burning on Jefferson Avenue.
• At 6:42 p.m., a smoke-detector activation, no fire, on Parksite Drive.
