Spencer Phillips

Infant son Spencer Thomas Phillips returned to God on Wednesday, May 3, 2017, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

The loss occurred

midway through the pregnancy.

He was the son of Ken Phillips, M.D., and Emily Shanks Phillips of Cape Girardeau. Other loving survivors include twin brother Holden Phillips; paternal grandparents Ken and Barb Phillips; and maternal grandparents Brent and Jeanne Shanks.

Private burial was held at Cape County Memorial Park Cemetery.

Ford and Sons Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
