Arrests
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance at South Minnesota and Good Hope streets.
- Samantha J. Bowen, 31, 517 S. West End Blvd., was arrested in the 200 block of South Minnesota Street on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing under $500.

- Motor-vehicle theft was reported at 522 Terry Lane.
- Motor-vehicle theft was reported at 1202 Hillcrest Drive.
- Shoplifting was reported at Kohls, 315 Shirley Drive.
