The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Hannah R. Mauk, no age given, of Jackson was arrested on a warrant at Washington Avenue and Frederick Street.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault in the 400 block of Marie Street.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault at 212 S. Lorimier St.
• A suspect was in custody pending unspecified charges at 509 S. Middle St.

Assault

• Assault was reported in the 2800 block of Bloomfield Road.

Thefts

• Theft was reported at 266 Siemers Drive.
• Theft was reported at Menards, 535 Siemers Drive.
• Theft was reported at Victoria's Secret, 3049 William St.
• Theft was reported at North Water and First streets.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported at 2806 Independence St.
• Property damage was reported at West End Boulevard and Broadway.
• Property damage was repoted at Morgan Oak and Pacific streets.

Miscellaneous

• Violation of an order of protection was reported at Middle Street and Jefferson Avenue.
