CAIRO, Ill. -- Elvira Martha Lampe Althoff, 98, of Cairo, died Monday, Nov. 13, 2017, at the home of her daughter in Indianapolis. Visitation will be from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Friday at St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Olmsted, Illinois. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the church, officiated by Pastor E. James Rivett. Burial will follow at Mound City National Cemetery in Mound City, Illinois...
