FARMINGTON, Mo. -- Donald James, 91, passed away Monday, Jan. 15, 2018. He was born in Zalma, Missouri, to the late Lawrence and Iva Mae James. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary I. James, in 2016. Survivors include his children, Charles, Steven and Donald "Tracy" James and Meredith Vangilder, Cynthia James and Deborah Wade; numerous grandchildren; six sisters and three brothers...

FARMINGTON, Mo. -- Donald James, 91, passed away Monday, Jan. 15, 2018.

He was born in Zalma, Missouri, to the late Lawrence and Iva Mae James.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary I. James, in 2016.

Survivors include his children, Charles, Steven and Donald "Tracy" James and Meredith Vangilder, Cynthia James and Deborah Wade; numerous grandchildren; six sisters and three brothers.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Cozean Memorial Chapel in Farmington. Visitation will resume at 7 a.m. Thursday with funeral service to follow at 10 a.m. in the Cozean Chapel.
