Arrest

• Jennifer Nicole Tanner, 33, 215 N. Sprigg St., was arrested at South Pacific and Independence streets on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

Summonses

• Christopher A. Lix, 54, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons at Marietta Street and Perryville Road for animal leash law required.
• Dwayne Gibbs, 51, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for theft at Save-A-Lot, 121 S. Sprigg St.

Burglary

• Special Touch Dog Grooming, 2719 Thomas Drive, reported burglary and theft.

Theft

• Victoria's Secret, 3049 William St., reported theft.

Miscellaneous

• Statutory sodomy was reported.
• Request for service was reported in the 1100 block of South Ranney Avenue.
