CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Tanner Jonathan Beussink, 23, of Jackson was charged with driving while intoxicated at Big Bend Road and Mill Street.

Arrests

• Christy L. Wilburn, 37, of Thebes, Illinois, was arrested at Bloomfield and Mount Auburn roads on two Cape Girardeau County warrants.
• Carlton M. Winston, 27, of St. Louis was arrested at 1448 N. Kingshighway on two Cape Girardeau County warrants.
• Curtis Davis III, 20, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for motor vehicle financial responsibility requirement, no operator's license and following too closely.
• Bryant E. Gant, 51, 3038 Westfield Drive, was arrested at 234 N. Lorimier St. on two Cape Girardeau County warrants.
• Jerry P. Looney II, 40, 829 North St., Apt. B, was arrested at North Mount Auburn and Hopper roads on a Jackson warrant.
• Adria L. Robinson, 25, 1011 William St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

Assaults

• Domestic assault was reported in the 800 block of South Sprigg Street.
• Violation of an order of protection and assault were reported in the 1000 block of South Pacific Street.

Miscellaneous

• Violation of an ex parte was reported in the 500 block of Asher Street.
• Tampering with property was reported at Saint Francis Medical Center, 211 Saint Francis Drive.
• Assist other agency was reported in the 600 block of South Spring Avenue.
• A 37-year-old man was taken into protective custody in the 2800 block of Independence Street.
