BENTON, Mo. -- James Patrick Joyce II, 27 of Benton, Missouri, died Thursday, Jan. 25, 2018, at his home.
He was born June 5, 1990, in Cape Girardeau to James Patrick and Cindy Ann Garrett Joyce.
He was a certified grill-master at Red Lobster and was a member of the Lob Squad in Cape Girardeau.
He is survived by his father, James of Bonne Terre, Missouri; his mother, Cindy Ann Joyce of Benton; a son, Zaiden Joyce of Cape Girardeau; maternal grandfather, Lester Garrett of Benton; two brothers, Jesse Venable of Scott City and Gary Venable of Benton; and a sister, Tiffany Joyce of Benton.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of service Tuesday at the Amick-Burnett Chapel in Scott City.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Chapel, with Jesse Venable officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery in Scott City.
