PATTON, Mo. � Wilma Ruth Gruenke, 87, of Patton Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2018, at Stockoff Nursing Home in Fredericktown, Missouri. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Liley Funeral Home in Patton. Funeral will be at 9 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Pastor Roger Cary officiating. Burial will take place in Calvary Cemetery near St. Louis.
