Cape Girardeal Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Curtis Lailer, 30, of Jackson arrested on Cape Girardeau warrant for improper registration.
• Jacob Jungers, 36, of Cape Girardeau arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for improper registration and no seat belt.
• Kristi Donaldson, 41, of Cape Girardeau arrested on Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Thefts

• Receiving stolen property was reported at 1458 North Kingshighway.
• Theft was reported at Sunny Hill Gardens and Florist, 206 North Kingshighway.
• Shoplifting was reported at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.
• Shoplifting was reported at Menard's, 535 Siemers Drive.
• Shoplifting was reported at Walmart, 3439 William Street.
• Theft was reported at 2869 Hopper Road.
• Theft was reported at 3042 Melrose Avenue.

Miscellaneous

• Robbery at North Sprigg and Mason streets.
• Resisting arrest, driving while revoked/suspended, careless driving was reported at Highway 61 and Silver Springs Road.
• Possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia was reported in the 1100 block of North Cape Rock Drive.
• Rape was reported in the 1900 block of Noble Court.
