The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Brooke Michelle Lee, 25, of Delta was arrested at 19 S. Kingshighway on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.
  • Randy Lee Burton II, 35, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Scott County, Missouri, warrant.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of distribution, distribution or delivery of drugs near a park and unlawful use of a weapon at 121 E. Rodney Drive.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of a violation of an order of protection at 1710 N. Sprigg St.
  • Nathan Jai Themm, 34, 209 Parkwood Ave., was arrested at William Street and South Kingshighway on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.
  • Jeremy Austin King, 37, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for no insurance.

Summonses

  • Evan Luthenauer, no age given, Spencer Schaetzel, no age given, and Stewart Lucas, no age given, all of Cape Girardeau were issued summonses at 921 Perry Ave. for nuisance party.
  • Gregory Avery, 38, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal license required and animal at large in the 1100 block of Big Bend Road.
  • Alexander D. Orr, 28, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for assault in the 1700 block of North Sprigg Street.

  • Assault was reported in the 1900 block of Sherwood Drive.
  • Assault was reported in the 1400 block of Mary Ann Street.

Burglaries

  • Burglary was reported at 1305 and 1321 William St.
  • Burglary, stealing and property damage were reported at 212 S. West End Blvd.

Thefts

  • Theft was reported at 400 Houck Place.
  • Deal Finder, 342 S. Kingshighway, reported shoplifting.
  • Stealing and forgery were reported at 2011 N. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

  • A 40-year-old man was taken into protective custody 1101 William St.
  • A mentally-ill detention was reported in the 1500 block of Grandview Drive.
  • Rape was reported in the 900 block of Hackberry Street.
  • A report was made at 301 Mill St.
  • Violation of an order of protection was reported at 211 Saint Francis Drive.
  • Request for service was reported in the 2000 block of Timothy Circle.
