CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Mariena D. Carter, 22, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons at Broadway and Lorimier Street for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• Braiden Harris Orme, 20, of Foristell, Missouri, was arrested on a Foristell warrant.
• Jeremy Ray Brannon, 34, 721 N. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for revoked license, improper registration and no insurance.
• Daryl Levar Dunn, 19, of Caruthersville, Missouri, was arrested at 555 Independence St. on a New Madrid County, Missouri, warrant.
• A juvenile was in custody pending formal charges of property damage at 192 Bristle Ridge.
• Juveniles were in custody pending formal charges of violation on compulsory attendance at 1550 Themis St.
• Michael W. Pardon, 40, of Portageville, Missouri, was arrested at 1101 William St. on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for burglary and theft and a New Madrid County, Missouri, warrant for forgery.
• Michael M. Parrott, 32, of Caruthersville, Missouri, was arrested at 11 S. Kingshighway on a warrant.
• Bradley O. Johnson, 30, of Kansas City was arrested at 19 S. Kingshighway on a warrant.
• Tramea R. McCrary, 21, 20 N. Pind Wood Lane, was arrested at Mount Auburn and Kage roads on a warrant.
• Rachel N. Ervin, 33, homeless, was arrested at 103 N. Kingshighway on a warrant.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault at 1126 N. Sprigg St.
• Gregory J. Tlapek, 60, 1569 N. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on suspicion of assault at 1569 N. Cape Rock Drive.

Summonses

• Stan Higgerson, 57, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for an animal at large in the 300 block of Olive Street.
• Kelvin F. Traylor Sr., 53, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for shoplifting at Walmart, 3439 William St.
• Tommy L. Miller, 36, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for indecent exposure at 26 N. Main St.
• Jessica L. Cox, 33, of Whitewater was issued a summons for false declaration at Mount Auburn Road and Chateau Drive.

Assault

• Assault was reported at 3248 William St.

Thefts

• Family Dollar, 736 William St., reported shoplifting.
• Stealing was reported at 335 N. Kingshighway.
• Shoe Department Encore, 3049 William St., reported stealing.

Miscellaneous

• Tampering was reported at Middle Street and Washington Avenue.
• Request for service was reported at 3049 William St.
• Assist other agency was reported at 1802 Broadway.
• A report was made at 3265 William St.
