Lyam Wyatt Fitzgerald, 1 month old, of Jackson passed away Sunday, April 29, 2018, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

He was born March 28, 2018, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, son of Timothy Fitzgerald and Macy Rinacke.

Loving survivors include his parents; paternal grandparents, Derrick and Crystal Cummins of Canalou, Missouri; maternal great-grandparents, the Rev. Jim and Kathie Woeltje of Jackson; and maternal great-great-grandfather, Charles Heitz of Godfrey, Illinois.

Graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Russell Heights Cemetery, with the Rev. Jim Woeltje officiating.
