CAIRO, Ill. ï¿½ Mary E. Downs, 92, of Cairo died Friday, June 29, 2018, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. today at Tigert Memorial United Methodist Church in Cairo. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. today at the church, with the Rev. Doug Atkins officiating. Interment will follow at Green Lawn Memorial Gardens in Villa Ridge, Illinois.
