Jason Charles Powless, 40, of Cape Girardeau died Thursday, June 28, 2018.
He was born Aug. 24, 1977, in Mount Vernon, Illinois, to Randy Charles and Beverly Rae Heise Powless.
Jason graduated from Cape Girardeau Central High School. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Southeast Missouri State University.
He had been a consultant with Microsoft.

He is survived by his parents of Cape Girardeau; two daughters, Courtney Maries Powless and Lana Mischelle Powless of West Chester, Ohio; and a sister, Staci Renee (Robert) Orr of Cape Girardeau.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents and paternal grandfather.
All services will be private.
