Sylvester Fredrick Banks, 54, a resident of Austell, Georgia, and formerly of Charleston, Missouri, died Friday, July 20, 2018, at his sister's home in Cape Girardeau. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Faith Temple Church of God in Christ in Wyatt, Missouri, with Elder Elvin Greer officiating.
