Roger Dugger

PERKINS, Mo. -- Roger Darrel Dugger, 63, of Perkins passed away Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2018, at his family home.

He was born Aug. 3, 1955, in Waukegan, Illinois, to the late William and Thelma Baltimore Dugger. He married Pamela Kaye Blue on July 19, 2013, and she survives of the home.

Roger was a disabled veteran. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.

He is survived by his wife, Pamela Dugger; a son, Darrel Dugger of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; a daughter, Dawan Lippoldt of Doniphan, Missouri; three brothers, Dallas and Doug Dugger, both of Poplar Bluff, and Kenneth Dugger of West Plains, Missouri; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

He was also preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.

Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the chapel, with the Rev. Jack Owens officiating. Burial will be at Kenyon Cemetery in Delta, with full military honors.
