Herman Andrew Uelsmann, 71, of Cape Girardeau, formerly of Oran, Missouri, passed away Friday, March 29, 2019, at his home. Friends may call after 4 p.m., with parish prayers at 4 p.m., Sunday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Guardian Angel Catholic Church in Oran, with the Rev. Randy Tochtrop as celebrant. Burial will be in the church cemetery...
