Arrests
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at West End Boulevard and William Street.
- Mary A. Hayward, 39, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of trespassing in the 3000 block of Mimosa Drive.
- Markease M. Hall, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon in the 3000 block of Mimosa Drive.

Summons
- Christopher C. Hendrix, 49, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance at North Main Street and Park Drive.
Assault
- Assault was reported at 505 N. Kingshighway.
Thefts
- Stealing was reported at 2136 William St.
- Burglary was reported at 150 S. Minnesota Ave.
- Burglary was reported at 406 S. Spring Ave.
