• Penny S. Andrew, 32, of Sikeston, Missouri, was issued a summons for stealing in the 200 block of Saint Francis Drive.

Thefts

• Stealing was reported in the 900 block of Penny Avenue.
• Property damage was reported in the 300 block of North Frederick Street.

Miscellaneous

• Fraud was reported in the 1900 block of North Kingshighway.
• Parental kidnapping was reported in the 1700 block of Oakley Drive.
• Fraud was reported in the 1100 block of North Kingshighway.
• Stealing was reported in the 1600 block of Kingsway Drive.
• Property damage was reported in the 1900 block of Delwin Street.
