CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Driving while intoxicated, resisting arrests and driving while suspended were reported at South Sprigg Street and Jefferson Avenue. Subject was in custody.

Arrest

• Charles Mosley, 43, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant.

Assaults

• Assault was reported in the 700 block of North Main Street.
• Assault was reported in the 1300 block of Broadway. Subject was in custody.
• Assault was reported at South Benton and Maple streets.
• Assault was reported in the 800 block of South Pacific Street. Subject was in custody.

Thefts

• Theft was reported in the 500 block of Siemers Drive.
• Theft was reported at North Sprigg Street and Normal Avenue. Juveniles were taken into custody.
• Theft was reported in the 500 block of South Benton Street.
• Stealing was reported on South West End Boulevard.

Miscellaneous

• Property damage was reported in the 500 block of North Fountain Street.
• Weapons violation reported at North Fountain and Bellevue streets. Subject was in custody.
• Fraud was reported in the 500 block of Siemers Drive.
• Resisting/interfering with an arrest was reported at Broadway and North Spanish Street.
• Weapons violation was reported in the 300 block of Bellevue Street.
• Counterfeiting was reported in the 1000 block of Broadway.
