SCOTT CITY -- Etta Lee Mayberry, 87, of Scott City died Friday, Aug. 23, 2019, at Missouri Delta in Sikeston, Missouri.

She was born Dec. 6, 1931, in Advance, Missouri, to George Herman and Laura Golden McNamee Winemiller. She married Richard Carl Mayberry on Oct. 3, 1955, in Clarksville, Mississippi. He preceded her in death Aug. 12, 2004.

She was a saw operator at Havco Wood Products.

She is survived by four daughters, Laura (Terry) Griffin and Linda (Kenny) Dinkens of Advance, Lydia (Terry) Lemons and Lynn (Robert) Schroeter of Scott City; 14 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; a son, Larry Mayberry on Sept. 25, 2010, and three sisters.

There will be a private burial.
