Lanette Darlene Salas, 59, of Dowell, Illinois, formerly of Cape Girardeau, passed away Saturday, Feb. 1, 2020.
She was born Dec. 31, 1960, in Dansville, New York, to the late Lyle and Darlene Dickerson Lawrence.
Lanette was a graduate of the University of Southern California. She was vice president of Hab High Tech Chemical Co.
She was a member of Mount Auburn Christian Church.
Loving survivors include sons, Jesus L. Salas of Perryville, Missouri, and Mario Salas of Phoenix; daughter, Jessica M. (Andrew) Martie of Dowell; brothers, Bernard and Thomas Lawrence and Daryl deWan; sisters, Bethany Lawrence, Yvonne Pigott, Denise Pottinger and Dian deWan; and grandchildren, Domenik Martie, Drexton and Asher Salas.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sons, Ernesto Salas Jr., Oscar Lawrence Salas and Miguel Salas.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home.
Funeral will follow at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Casey Elmore officiating. Burial will follow at Fairmount Cemetery.
