Cindy Lee Ellinger Crews, 64, of Land O' Lakes, Florida, died Thursday, Feb. 20, 2020, at Advent Health in Wesley Chapel, Florida, surrounded by loved ones.

Cindy was born Oct. 17, 1955, to Frank Thomas and Erma Lee Eakins Ellinger. On June 7, 1975, she married Donald H. Crews, who survives of the home.

She was a 1972 graduate of Scott City-Illmo High School and attended Southeast Missouri State University. Cindy was a lifelong member of the Church of Christ, currently a member of University Church of Christ in Tampa, Florida.

Also surviving are her father, Frank (Donna) Ellinger of Scott City; sons, Alexander and Lucas Crews of the home and Brandon (Jennifer) Crews of Port Richie, Florida; daughter, Terra Crews of Cape Girardeau; grandchildren, Bradon Lueders, Lila Lueders, and Aubrey Crews; sisters, Lisa (Mike) Schaefer of Scott City and Karen (Mark) Asbridge of Chaffee, Missouri; brother, Roger (Stephanie) Ellinger of Scott City; brothers-in-law, Doyle (Sandy) Crews of Springfield, Missouri, and Douglas Crews of Jonesboro, Arkansas; sister-in-law, Melissa (Houston) Sills; father-in-law and mother-in-law, George and Barbara Clark of Scott City; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her mother; eldest daughter, Amy Crews; and brothers-in-law, Dale Crews and Danny Crews.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Jackson Church of Christ.

A memorial service will begin at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at the church.

Amick-Burnett Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
