Michael Van Weelden

Michael Frank Van Weelden, 63, of Cape Girardeau died Thursday, March 5, 2020.

He was born May 8, 1956, in Cook County, Illinois, to Edward F. and LaVerne Herman Van Weelden.

He was the beloved father of Andrea (Tim) Koerber, Jamie (Tom) Wodraska and Jacquelyn Van Weelden; dear grandfather of Kaylea, William, Jonathan and Benjamin; brother of Gary (Ginger) Van Weelden and Mark (Sharon) Van Weelden; and brother-in-law to Sharon Van Weelden.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Edward Van Weelden.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Allan Saunders officiating. Entombment will be at Cape County Memorial Park Mausoleum in Cape Girardeau.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to American Heart Association.
