Keith Alan Schuessler, 67, of Jackson passed away Monday, March 9, 2020, at Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.

He was born March 24, 1952, in Cape Girardeau to Wilbert Arnold "Wib" and Elsie Laura Koch Schuessler.

Keith was baptized April 13, 1952, and confirmed April 3, 1966, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in New Wells. He served in many positions at the church, including as a trustee. Keith attended Immanuel Lutheran School and graduated from Jackson Senior High School in 1970. He also attended the Rolla School of Mines.

Keith worked 25 years at Procter & Gamble. He enjoyed drag racing and playing cards, and was an avid bowler, having bowled in many leagues and events. He was a member of the U.S. Bowling Congress (USBC).

Loving survivors include his longtime soul mate and companion of more than 26 years, Nancy Riehn of Millersville; sister and brother-in-law, Karen and Dale Bronenkant of Frohna, Missouri; nephews, Scott (Stephanie) Bronenkant and Greg (Sally) Bronenkant, all of Perryville, Missouri; great-nephews, Dalton Bronenkant of Cape Girardeau, Spc. Garrett Bronenkant of Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, and Trenton Thieret of Perryville; and great-niece, Kayla (Brad) Winschel, and children, Axel and Luxley of Perryville.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson and after 9 a.m. Saturday at Immanuel Lutheran Church in New Wells.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, with the Rev. Lawrence Bradt officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church "Old Brick School Fund" or Southeast Hospice.
