CAIRO, Ill. -- Ora Mae Cotilla, 78, of Cairo died Friday, March 2, 2001, at her residence. She was born Oct. 15, 1922, at Bardwell, Ky., daughter of William and Lena Belle Jackson Munsell. She and George Cotilla were married. He died in 1962. Survivors include a son, George Cotilla of Thebes, Ill.; a grandchild; a great-grandchild; and a special friend, Catherine Buie of Cairo...

CAIRO, Ill. -- Ora Mae Cotilla, 78, of Cairo died Friday, March 2, 2001, at her residence.

She was born Oct. 15, 1922, at Bardwell, Ky., daughter of William and Lena Belle Jackson Munsell. She and George Cotilla were married. He died in 1962.

Survivors include a son, George Cotilla of Thebes, Ill.; a grandchild; a great-grandchild; and a special friend, Catherine Buie of Cairo.

She was preceded in death by a son, a brother and a sister.

A private graveside service will take place at a later date.

Barkett Funeral Home in Cairo is in charge of arrangements.
