KATHLEEN JOHNSON

Kathleen Johnson, 80, formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Wednesday, March 14, 2001, at Sikeston Health Care.

She was born May 5, 1920, in Crump, Mo., the daughter of Linder R. and Lettie Mae Poinsett McCullough. She married Donald R. Johnson. He died in March 1990.

She was a member of the Third Street United Methodist Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Martha Miller of Cape Girardeau; a sister, Pauline McCullough of Cape Girardeau; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She also was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, a brother, a son and a grandson.

No visitation will be held.

Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at Proffer Cemetery in Crump, with the Rev. John Ferguson officiating.

Ford and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
