Jerry Lee Robinson, 56, of Portland, Ore., died Thursday, March 29, 2001, at Legacy Meridian Hospital in Tualatin, Ore. He was born May 21, 1944, in St. Charles, Mo., son of Harry Dallas and Margaret Birks Robinson. Jerry Lee Robinson, 56, of Portland, Ore., died Thursday, March 29, 2001, at Legacy Meridian Hospital in Tualatin, Ore.

He was born May 21, 1944, in St. Charles, Mo., son of Harry Dallas and Margaret Birks Robinson.

Robinson received a bachelor of arts degree in business from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He had been an investment broker, business manager, artist, author, and wrote a monthly column on the Internet.

He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.

Survivors include four brothers, Andrew Robinson of St. Charles, James Robinson of Cody, Wyo., Bob Robinson of Cape Girardeau, and David Robinson of Elko, Nev.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.

A graveside service will be held later in Cape Girardeau.

American Burial and Cremation Services of Oregon in Tigard was in charge of arrangements.
