NONA KIRKPATRICK

GRASSY, Mo. -- Nona V. Kirkpatrick, 83, of Grassy died Monday, April 9, 2001, at her home, following an illness.

She was born Oct. 25, 1917, at Lowndes, Mo., daughter of William Robert and Clara Bell Eaker Barrett. She and Noah Franklin Kirkpatrick were married June 26, 1937.

Kirkpatrick was a member of Friendship General Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Larry Kirkpatrick of Cedar Hill, Mo.; two daughters, Gloria Cain of Palm Harbor, Fla., Brenda Long of Glen Allen, Mo.; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; and seven great-stepgrandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, a brother and two sisters.

Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill, Mo., from 4-8 p.m. today, and at Friendship Church after 11 a.m. Wednesday.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the church, with the Rev. Steven Sander officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
