DEXTER, Mo. -- Anna Ruth Baugh, 89, died Wednesday, May 16, 2001, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. She was born Nov. 6, 1911, at Fredericktown, Mo., daughter of Frank and Emma Clark Matthews. She and Russell H. Baugh were married June 6, 1936, at Doe Run, Mo. He died Nov. 23, 1996...

DEXTER, Mo. -- Anna Ruth Baugh, 89, died Wednesday, May 16, 2001, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Nov. 6, 1911, at Fredericktown, Mo., daughter of Frank and Emma Clark Matthews. She and Russell H. Baugh were married June 6, 1936, at Doe Run, Mo. He died Nov. 23, 1996.

Baugh was retired from Stoddard County Division of Family Services. She was a member of First Baptist Church and Dexter Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.

Survivors include a sister, Birdie Brown of Ironton.

She was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.

Friends may call at Rainey Funeral Home in Dexter from 8-9 a.m. Saturday.

Funeral will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Kevin Chenoweth officiating. Burial will be in Hillview Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Farmington, Mo.
