A memorial service for Ivan Ben Lampe of Seneca, S.C., will be held at 10 a.m. today at Eternal Shepherd Lutheran Church. The Rev. George Coffman will officiate. Burial will be in Ramsey Creek Preserve in Westminster, S.C.

Brown-Oglesby Funeral Home in Seneca is in charge of arrangements.

Lampe, 76, died Thursday, May 24, 2001, at his home.

He was born in Cape Girardeau, son of Amel and Selma Egars Lampe. He married the former Lee Miller.

Lampe was a retired plant manager and engineer with National Lead Industries in St. Louis and in Perth Amboy, N.J.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Susan McKnight of Seneca; and a sister, Violet Heuer of Cape Girardeau.
