HAZEL HARVEY

COBDEN, Ill. -- Hazel Harvey, 72, of Elk Grove Village, Ill., died Friday, June 15, 2001, at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, Ill.

She was born Feb. 8, 1929, in Cobden, daughter of Lawrence and Helen Lilley Tripp. She and Fred Harvey were married Jan. 31, 1953.

Harvey was a member of First Baptist Church of Cobden.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Mike Harvey of Hoffman Estates, Ill.; a brother, Lee Tripp of Washington, Ill.; and two granddaughters.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister.

Friends may call at Crain Funeral Home in Anna, Ill., from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday.

Funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. The Rev. Daryl Varble will officiate. Burial will be in Anna Cemetery.
