JACKSON, Mo. -- Patricia Ann Breymeyer, 61, of Jackson died Tuesday, June 19, 2001, at her home, following a brief illness.

She was born March 24, 1940, in Forgan, Okla., daughter of Vester "Dick" and Cleo Leaming Long. She and Russell Breymeyer were married Feb. 20, 1971, in Herscher, Ill.

Patricia was employed by Riverside Medical Center in the Oncology Department. Later she consulted for Care Communications in the Tumor Registry Department for hospitals throughout the United States. She was a member of New McKendree United Methodist Church in Jackson.

Survivors include her husband; two sons and daughters-in-law, Russell and Lynn Tobey of Herscher, Bud and Penny Pombert of Jackson; a daughter and son-in-law, Nicole and Rob Salmela of St. Louis; a sister, Donna Giles of Kankakee, Ill.; a brother and sister-in-law, Darrell and Debbie Long of Cape Girardeau; five grandchildren; Layne and Morgan Pombert, Kristin, Kelly and Erik Tobey; two stepgrandchildren, Nicole Rosenberg and Zachery Meyers.

She was preceded in death by two husbands, Donald Tobey and Bud Pombert Sr.; a son, Dirk Milan Pombert; and a brother-in-law, Robert Giles.

A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, June 22, at Old McKendree Chapel in Jackson.
