POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. -- Cora K. Schrader, 101, of Poplar Bluff, died Wednesday, July 4, 2001, at home.

She was born Sept. 17, 1899, in Cape Girardeau.

A member of Centenary United Methodist Church in Cape Girardeau. In 1917, she graduated from the Old State Normal College, now Southeast Missouri State University.

On Oct. 11, 1919, she married Edward A. Schrader in Cape Girardeau. He died Nov. 22, 1973. Her son, William Edward Schrader, died May 20, 1999.

Schrader is survived by her friends and caregivers, Charles and Bettie Raulston of Poplar Bluff.
