LACLEDE GRAVES

ANNA, Ill. -- Funeral for C. LaClede "Corky" Graves of Anna will be held at 11 a.m. today at Crain Funeral Home in Anna. Msgr. Tom Miller will officiate. Burial will be in Anna Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 9 a.m. until time of service. An Eastern Star service will be held at 10:30 a.m.

Graves, 81, died Monday, Aug. 6, 2001, at City Care Center.

She was born Oct. 6, 1919, in Villa Ridge, Ill., daughter of William Oscar and Cora Maggie Hogendobler Graves.

Graves was a graduate of Mounds Township High School and of the Nursing School in Dixon, Ill.

She worked at Dixon State School. She was a member of Mounds Congregational Church and Order of Eastern Star.

Survivors include four nieces, Joan Edwards of Anna, Carmae Ballard of Missouri, Diana Black of Florida, Sandra Boswell of Wyoming; four nephews, Bill Graves of Wyoming, Gary Graves of Texas, Jeff and Jimmy Graves of Missouri.

She was preceded in death by four sisters and four brothers.
