Marie Amanda Strack, 92, of Cape Girardeau died Sunday, Aug. 19, 2001, at Southeast Missouri Hospital. She was born Oct. 31, 1908, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Henry and Elizabeth Kramer Koeppel. She married William Strack, who preceded her in death...

Marie Amanda Strack, 92, of Cape Girardeau died Sunday, Aug. 19, 2001, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

She was born Oct. 31, 1908, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Henry and Elizabeth Kramer Koeppel. She married William Strack, who preceded her in death.

Strack had worked at Florsheim Shoe Co. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Robert E. Koeppel of Cape Girardeau, Roy L. Strack of Nashville, Tenn.; 17 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandsons.

She was preceded in death by a son, a daughter, five brothers, and a sister.

A graveside service will be held at a later date.

Ford and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
